Normally the area of the Fairgrounds where our office is located is pretty quiet, disturbed only by the swish of the turbine, tweet of the birds and chirping voices of children playing on the train. That hasn't been the case the past few days. It's been quite noisy as work has begun on two projects up "on the hill." Just to the east of our office a new access point is being made for Expo Hill.
